Are you passionate about optimizing production processes and ensuring operational excellence? Join our dynamic team as a Work Order Specialist r , where you'll play a key role in executing daily production plans, managing resources, and driving continuous improvement in our Blending and Filling operations.

• Coordinate and execute daily production plans ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency.
• Optimize production flow and sequencing to reduce waste and maximize output.
• Collaborate with Maintenance and Laboratory teams to improve layout and processes.
• Manage production orders, tags, and documentation (CLP, C.B., DSP).
• Monitor and resolve non-conformities and support sustainability initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with HSSE regulations and environmental procedures.

Act as a backup for the Production Coordinator when needed

• Technical education and 1–5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of production processes, mechanical systems, and SAP.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Excellent teamwork, stress management, and results orientation.
• Familiarity with ISO 14001, SPC, and sustainability practices.
