We're looking for experienced talent to join our team and drive the perfect execution of Amazon sales. As an Amazon Sell Out Activation Manager, you will play a key role in managing one of the biggest business clusters, contributing actively to sales success and driving key initiatives across the Amazon Account Managers community.

About the Position: Amazon Sell Out Activation Manager

Are you a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of e-commerce and a passion for driving sales on one of the largest online platforms? If you're ready to take your career to the next level with a key role in Amazon sales execution, this opportunity is for you!

The Amazon Sell Out Activation Manager will play a central role in managing operational execution for one of the key business clusters across EU9, contributing directly to the company’s sales growth on Amazon. This position will offer a unique chance to drive significant impact in a highly competitive and dynamic environment while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver on ambitious business targets.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead and manage the operational sell-out execution strategy for one of the biggest business clusters, ensuring all processes are optimized to meet sales targets.
  2. Build and analyze periodic reports to monitor performance across EU9, ensuring stakeholders are kept informed and business goals are met.
  3. Support operational excellence across the EU9 region, focusing on key areas such as launch strategies and performance optimization.
  4. Participate in cross-functional workshops, providing actionable insights and contributing to the development of best practices within Amazon sales.
  5. Create and implement processes for periodic execution and perfect store audits across various markets, collaborating with local teams to ensure optimal performance.
  6. Animate and energize the EU Amazon Account Managers community by sharing best practices, promoting collaboration, and ensuring alignment with business goals.
  7. Work closely with internal teams to evaluate and consolidate key content such as product images, videos, and ensure they align with current trends and category benchmarks.
  8. Collaborate on Tier1 events to consolidate the sell-out plan, ensuring execution aligns with Amazon deadlines and identifying opportunities for improvement.

Who We Are Looking For

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, with at least 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce (Amazon, Direct to Consumer). Strong understanding of the e-commerce landscape, including industry trends and best practices. Proven analytical and data-oriented profile, capable of interpreting data and generating actionable insights. Familiarity with Amazon Retail Media and Amazon Ads Console. Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Problem-solving mindset, with the ability to drive solutions and optimize processes. Advanced proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Power BI. Familiarity with tools like Profitero, Keepa, Helium10, or similar is a plus. Fluent in English.
