The Role

You will be responsible for:

  1. Conduct onboarding of new sales specialists
  2. Develop a methodology for working with sales specialists
  3. Conduct seminars, workshops, and individual training sessions to enhance sales performance
  4. Identify gaps in sales performance and develop targeted training solutions
  5. Audit, monitor and provide critical and constructive feedback to the Sales Teams
  6. Develop new sales skills in the employees
  7. Provide regular feedback to the Management
  8. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and sales techniques to continuously enhance training content and delivery methods
Ideal Profile
  1. You have at least 1 year experience including solid experience in a similar role within Professional Services
  2. You possess excellent communication, interpersonal skills and presentation skills with the ability to interact and build credibility across all levels of the organisation
  3. You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
  4. You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
  5. You enjoy finding creative solutions to problems
