- Juris Doctor degree REQUIRED.
- Admission to the New Jersey Bar REQUIRED.
- Must be licensed in good standing to practice law in New Jersey.
- Ability to travel as required for trials, hearings, and depositions.
Responsibilities
- Research laws and prepare legal briefs, opinions, and memoranda.
- Render opinions on liability, damages, and value as requested by the Claims Department.
- Prepare and handle pleadings, motions, and discovery, including depositions and examinations under oath.
- Defend assigned matters by trial or dispositive hearing as applicable.
- Document files in a clear, concise, and professional manner for various stakeholders.
