A growing supplements brand seeks a Creative Strategist to focus on paid social advertising, primarily on Meta platforms. We're looking for a Creative Strategist to join our performance marketing team, with a heavy focus on Meta (Facebook / Instagram) paid social.
You’ll be responsible for developing high-performing ad concepts, analysing what’s working in our ad accounts, and translating data insights into creative briefs that convert. This role requires strong experience in direct-response creative, a deep understanding of buyer psychology, and the ability to work at pace.
You’ll collaborate closely with our Performance Marketing Manager, designers, video editors, and UGC creators. The ideal candidate comes from a high-performing DTC brand, ideally within wellness or similar sectors.
Beyond paid social, you’ll contribute to landing page strategy, brand creative direction, organic social content, and website messaging. But make no mistake, the core of this role is paid advertising performance. Everything else supports that goal.
