Formación

  • Proven experience in B2B sales or key account management, ideally in mobile hardware or Auto-ID industry.
  • Strong network in logistics or industrial verticals is an advantage.

Job Description

We are looking for an ambitious and self-driven Territory Manager to strengthen our presence in Spain and Portugal region.

You will be responsible for managing strategic accounts, building strong relationships with partners and end-users, and identifying new business opportunities across various verticals such as logistics, transportation, retail, and field services.

The ideal candidate will be disciplined and have long-term experience in Auto-ID industry with proven sales records and networking.

This candidate should be comfortable with frequent travel and be able to generate new sales leads on a regular basis.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage strong, long-term relationships with key partners, resellers, and enterprise clients
  • Achieve sales targets and grow market share for M3 Mobile rugged devices in the assigned region
  • Identify new business opportunities and lead the sales cycle from prospecting to closing
  • Work closely with internal teams (technical support, logistics, marketing) to ensure high customer satisfaction
  • Conduct regular business reviews and on-site visits with clients and partners
  • Represent M3 Mobile at trade shows, partner events, and customer meetings in the region
  • Provide market feedback and competitor insights to help shape our European strategy
✅ Requirements
  • Proven experience in B2B sales or key account management (preferably in mobile hardware, rugged devices, or IT solutions, Auto-ID industry)
  • Strong network in logistics, warehousing, or industrial verticals is a plus
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the region
