• Provide outstanding customer service to Spanish-speaking clients through phone, email, and live chat.
• Assist customers in resolving queries related to products, orders, and returns.
• Handle customer complaints gracefully and offer effective solutions.
• Communicate accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies.
• Log interactions and feedback from customers to enhance service quality.
• Work collaboratively with team members to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Stay informed about the latest trends in the industry and the company’s offerings.

• Fluency in Spanish is essential; proficiency in English is also required.
• Previous experience in customer service, ideally within the e-commerce or retail industry.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations and multitask effectively.
• Experience with customer service software is a plus.
• Readiness to relocate to Greece and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
