Hill Robinson Group is seeking a Project Administrator to provide general secretarial and administrative support to the senior project manager and team on a busy yacht refit project.

The role requires a track record in project-based administration within yacht building/refit or shipyard settings, high organization, and strong English communication. Some Spanish language knowledge is useful but not essential, and you will work in a multinational team on site.

Competenze

• Demonstrable track record in a similar project-based administrative role on yachts or shipbuilding projects.
• Excellent organisational skills, able to work under pressure and independently.
• Strong verbal and written English communication; basic Spanish knowledge is a plus.
• Experience with procurement and contract processes is desirable.

Mansioni

• Assist with email management, calendar organisation, and document control.
• Coordinate meeting requests, agendas, and minutes; facilitate meetings and note-taking.
• Maintain project information across electronic and paper filing systems.
• Support with process documentation and update registers; assist with basic procurement tasks.
