Job summary

Confidential employer in Palma, Mallorca is seeking a Yacht Refit Sales Representative to grow the private marine services business. Based at the Palma waterfront, you will engage yacht owners, captains, and project managers to identify refit and maintenance opportunities and drive commercial activity.

You will manage the full cycle from initial contact to project closure, advocating for the company’s yacht refit solutions, representing at nautical events, and building international client

Qualifications

• Proven track record in sales and customer acquisition.
• Strong knowledge of vessels and nautical operations; English fluency.
• Own a vehicle and valid licenses (car and motorcycle).

Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire national and international yacht refit and maintenance clients.
• Maintain ongoing communication and build relationships with private boat owners, captains, and management agencies.
• Represent the company at nautical trade fairs and yachting events in Palma and beyond.
• Serve as the primary commercial contact for boat maintenance and refit inquiries from start to finish.
