Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 3–5 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Experience in staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance.
• Ability to communicate sensitive information and guide performance expectations.
• Leadership to motivate team impact on quality, efficiency, and effectiveness.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent organizational skills with a curious mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide formal supervision to employees.
• Monitor staff training and development.
• Conduct performance evaluations and coaching.
• Oversee recruiting and hiring of new employees.
• Coordinate and manage daily team activities.
• Set work schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train staff.

• Assess training needs for Workplace Experience teams and clients.
• Ensure safety standards are followed with staff, clients, and vendors.
• Oversee third-party vendor programs (food delivery, events, transport, mail).
• Manage invoices for business services.
