Job summary

Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield in Madrid seeks an experienced Event Production Manager to organize technical, human and logistical resources for on-site events. You will work closely with Westfield Rise Spain sales and on-site teams to support clients from initial request through successful event completion.

The role requires strong relationship building, excellent planning, rigor, and the ability to manage multiple projects. Travel to Madrid and Barcelona centers may be expected.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field.
• At least 3 years of experience in event production.
• Knowledge of ERP safety regulations for public access buildings.
• Strong interest in retail, media, or events industry.
• Fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Customer relationship management: supporting sales teams and assessing needs.
• Collaborate with site teams and service providers on a daily basis.
• Coordinate operations and organize human and technical resources for on-site events.
• Ensure adherence to deadlines, procedures and service quality; contribute to continuous service improvement.
• Develop revenue by selling services and identify new opportunities; monitor administration and finances.
