Job summary

GE Vernova invites applications for a ROC Technical Lead in Barcelona, Spain. You will oversee safe, efficient operation of offshore wind assets from a remote operations center, collaborating with site teams and engineers to keep turbines performing reliably.

The role covers commissioning and service phases, with remote diagnostics, data analysis, and continuous improvement. Travel up to 20% may be required; relocation to Barcelona and EU work eligibility are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (or equivalent).
• Hands-on experience with wind turbines or similar electromechanical systems.

Responsibilities

• Monitor turbine performance and respond to alarms or abnormal conditions.
• Support remote diagnostics and troubleshooting for commissioning and service.
• Assist field teams in resolving technical issues and restoring performance.
• Analyse operational data to identify faults, trends and improvement opportunities.
• Support reporting and communication of technical findings.
