Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering or equivalent experience in wind energy.
• Hands-on experience with wind turbines or electromechanical systems in operational environments.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and apply them in troubleshooting.
• Experience with SCADA and digital monitoring tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with clear technical communication.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% and relocate to Barcelona.
• Fluent English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Monitor turbine performance and respond to alarms or abnormal conditions.
• Provide remote diagnostics and troubleshooting for commissioning and service activities.
• Assist field teams in resolving issues and restoring performance.
• Escalate complex issues with clear, structured technical information.
• Collaborate with engineering and support teams to resolve problems.
• Analyze operational data to identify faults, trends, and improvement opportunities.
• Support reporting of technical findings and communications to stakeholders.
• Contribute to process improvements and operational optimization.
• Support grid outages when required, prioritizing safety and compliance.
• Work a rotating weekday shift with occasional on-call for weekends/holidays.
