GE Vernova is seeking a ROC Technical Lead for its Remote Operations Center focused on offshore wind assets, based in Barcelona, Spain. You will oversee safe, efficient operation, collaborate with site teams, and guide commissioning and service activities from a remote hub.

The role requires wind energy experience, SCADA proficiency, and the ability to read schematics, with up to 20% travel and EU work eligibility. A proactive, analytical mindset and strong communication are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Engineering or equivalent
• Hands-on experience with wind turbines or electromechanical systems
• Ability to read electrical schematics and troubleshoot
• Experience with SCADA and digital monitoring tools
• Strong analytical and communication skills; calm under pressure
• Willingness to travel up to 20%; EU work eligibility and relocation to Barcelona

Responsabilidades

• Monitor turbine performance and respond to alarms
• Support commissioning and service activities via remote diagnostics
• Assist field teams in resolving issues and restoring performance
• Escalate complex issues with clear technical information
• Collaborate with engineering and support teams
• Analyze operational data for faults and trends
• Support reporting of technical findings and improvements
• Contribute to process improvement and operations optimization
• Support grid outages as needed with safety focus
• Work on rotating weekday shifts with occasional on-call weekends/public holidays
