Excis is hiring an Onsite IT Support Engineer (L2) in Spain to deliver reliable desktop, network, and AV support for end users, including VIPs and senior management. The role combines hands-on hardware/software troubleshooting with excellent customer service in a corporate IT environment.

You will install, configure, and refresh equipment, manage tickets, and collaborate with global teams to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Competenze

Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Technology Systems, or related field.
C1 proficiency in Spanish and English.
Experience in corporate, regional, or multinational IT environments.
Strong knowledge of Level 2 IT support in Microsoft Windows environments.
Experience with IT ticketing systems such as ServiceNow.
CompTIA A+ certification preferred.

Mansioni

Provide onsite and remote L2 support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, Windows, connectivity, and printing issues.
Install, configure, and test IT equipment for new and existing users.
Manage incidents and service requests through ticketing systems and SLAs.
Prioritize VIP and high-priority requests with professional, customer-focused support.
Provide Smart Hands support for onsite interventions by remote teams.
Support meeting rooms and audiovisual equipment including video conferencing systems.
Maintain spare equipment inventories and update asset records.
Document issues and escalate unresolved problems when necessary.
Collaborate with local and remote teams to ensure efficient service delivery.
