Excis Compliance is seeking an L2 Desktop Support Technician to deliver onsite and remote support for Windows and Apple devices across multiple Barcelona sites. You will handle IMAC tasks, advanced troubleshooting, and VIP support while ensuring assets are tagged and CMDB records updated.

You will work within ITIL processes, support printers and AV systems, coordinate hardware refreshes, and assist with onboarding for new hires, leveraging a customer-focused mindset and thorough documentation.

Formación

• 1–2 years in L2 desktop support with Windows 10/11, macOS, Microsoft Office, and OS deployment.
• Solid understanding of networking basics (TCP/IP, DNS, WINS) and common network devices (Cisco, HP).
• Experience with mobile devices, printer support, and working in an ITIL-managed environment.
• Strong customer service mindset, documentation skills, and ability to work independently across Barcelona sites.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle for multi-location support.

Responsabilidades

• Provide L2 onsite and remote support for Windows and Apple devices, handling IMAC, advanced troubleshooting, and VIP support.
• Perform asset tagging, CMDB updates, and inventory tracking across dedicated and dispatch sites per ITIL processes.
• Support printers, AV systems, hardware refreshes, warranty coordination, and new hire onboarding.
