Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and answer questions to relay information.
• Register guests by confirming room requirements and obtaining signatures.
• Assign rooms and issue guest room keys.
• Convey information by receiving/transmitting messages, mail, packages, etc.
• Provide concierge duties by answering inquiries about hotel services, entertainment, shopping, and travel.
• Maintain records by entering room and guest account data.
• Make hotel reservations by checking availability and confirming requirements.
• Use courteous telephone etiquette to take information and greet callers.
