Job summary

Marriott Vacations Worldwide is seeking a guest services professional in Spain to greet guests, answer switchboard calls, and maintain client and tour records in line with our standards. The role supports operations across guest experiences, from bookings to VIP service, ensuring a seamless experience for our Owners, Members and guests wherever located.

The position requires fluency in English, German and Spanish, along with strong customer service and organizational skills to manage tours,

Qualifications

• Must speak fluent English, German and Spanish preferably.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Good organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests and responds to switchboard calls while maintaining client and tour records.
• Guarantees Guest Experience Program according to internal guidelines.
• Reconfirms bookings with clients on the morning of presentation.
• Greets and collects invitations from tours, seats clients and ensures completion of client sheets where necessary.
• Provides refreshment to tours as needed.
• Administers the Sales line with management, aligning priorities and language capability.
• Maintains the manual reception log with client/tour information and future appointments.
• Prepares and issues gift vouchers for clients.
