Sofar, based in Spain, is seeking an experienced Utility Sales Manager to drive growth in the utility-scale solar and BESS markets. You will lead end-to-end sales for large projects, engaging EPCs, developers, and utilities with strong PV and energy storage solutions.

The role requires a proven track record in closing major solar or energy storage deals, excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills, and willingness to travel up to 50%.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of utility-scale solar/BESS sales with large-project experience.
• Proven track record closing large-scale solar or energy storage projects.

Responsabilidades

• Lead sales strategies for utility-scale solar and BESS markets.
• Manage full sales cycle from bid to contract closure.
• Provide technical and commercial support and develop customized proposals.
• Travel up to 50% as needed.
