Sofar seeks an experienced Utility Sales Manager to lead sales for utility-scale solar and BESS projects in Zamora, Spain. You will drive large-scale wins with EPCs, developers, and utilities, shaping our growth in this strategic segment.

You will manage the full sales cycle from identification to contract closure, collaborating with product and technical teams, and traveling up to 50% to engage customers at events and sites.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Renewable Energy.
• Minimum 5 years in utility-scale solar/BESS sales, with large project experience.
• Proven track record closing large-scale solar or energy storage projects.
• Strong understanding of PV systems, grid connection, inverter/BESS tech.
• Familiar with EPC, tendering, and financing structures.
• Strong network with developers, EPCs, or utilities preferred.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute sales strategies for utility-scale solar and BESS projects, driving market share growth.
• Identify and engage with IPPs, EPCs, developers, and utilities to build long-term partnerships.
• Lead full sales cycle from project identification, bidding, negotiation to contract closure.
• Provide technical and commercial support, including system solutions and value propositions.
• Monitor market trends, policies, and competitor activities in utility-scale solar.
