Job summary

WW Talents in Barcelona seeks a motivated German-speaking B2B Sales Executive to drive new business for an international AI advertising solutions company. You will engage prospects, run outbound strategies, and present cutting-edge tech to senior decision-makers.

This full-time role (39 hours/week) offers relocation support, a base salary of €30,000 plus €5,175 on-target bonus, and a modern, multilingual team environment with strong career development opportunities.

Qualifications

• German language proficiency at C1 level.
• English language proficiency at B2 level.
• Minimum 2–3 years in B2B sales or business development.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing (SEO, PPC, online advertising).
• Experience with outbound sales and lead generation; pre-sales exposure a plus.
• Ability to engage senior decision-makers (C-level) and manage CRM-driven pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential B2B clients through cold calls, emails, social selling and inbound leads.
• Generate new business opportunities and build a robust sales pipeline.
• Understand client needs and present AI-powered advertising solutions.
• Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and closing.
• Hit and exceed revenue targets and activity KPIs.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
• Collaborate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and handover.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
