Job summary

TripleTen is seeking an autonomous, growth-minded Social Media Content Manager to own our US Instagram presence (and Threads & LinkedIn) from strategy to execution. You’ll align Meta Ads with profile content to drive conversions and build a compelling storefront across social channels for a tech-savvy audience.

You will lead a structured content calendar, brief internal writers and designers, and optimize engagement metrics like saves, shares, reach, and ER.

Qualifications

• Own end-to-end Instagram for US market, extend to Threads & LinkedIn.
• Revamp profile storefront, highlights, pins and top feed messaging.
• Align social content with active Meta Ads for cohesive post-click journey.
• Develop and manage a structured content calendar with high-engagement formats.
• Brief and direct internal teams (copywriters, designers, SEO managers) and external vendors.
• Monitor engagement metrics (saves, shares, reach, ER) and iterate content strategy.

Responsibilities

• Own the Instagram account end-to-end for the US market, with cross-posting to Threads and LinkedIn.
• Repack and maintain the Instagram storefront to clearly communicate updated value propositions.
• Bridge ads to profile ensuring consistent messaging and conversion-friendly content.
• Create and manage a calendar featuring carousels, reels, interactive posts and copy.
• Collaborate with in-house teams and external vendors to produce high-quality assets.
• Track metrics and adjust strategy based on data and audience feedback.
