Job summary

Pillar, a fast-growing Italian startup building an all-in-one construction‑site platform, seeks a Growth Marketing professional to own Meta and TikTok campaigns, optimize lead quality, and drive sales-ready prospects across Spain and beyond.

You will work closely with designers, editors and sales to translate data into compelling creative briefs, test new concepts, and scale successful campaigns across markets. This role is based in Barcelona or Milan with a hybrid model.

Qualifications

3–5 years hands‑on experience with Meta Ads and at least 1 year with TikTok Ads.
Experience managing lead-generation campaigns with a sales team behind them.
Experience briefing designers, video editors or creators.
Native-level Italian and fluent English; Spanish is a plus.
Experience with Meta Conversions API and TikTok Events.

Responsibilities

Own Meta and TikTok performance end to end: manage campaigns, budgets, bidding, Lead Ads and website conversions.
Build a creative testing engine with clear hypotheses and a testing rhythm.
Translate data and sales feedback into actionable creative briefs for the team.
Connect campaigns to business outcomes with reliable CRM signals for optimization.
Protect lead quality by refining forms and messaging to attract qualified leads.
Scale campaigns across markets by adapting concepts for Spain and future markets.
