Job summary

MVST is seeking a Marketing & Content professional to lead multi‑channel campaigns, create compelling content, and own our social presence. You will collaborate with product, design, and development teams to showcase our work and drive high‑quality leads.

You will analyse data, optimise campaigns, and experiment with AI tools to keep our messaging sharp. Remote‑friendly with extensive learning and travel perks, MVST offers a vibrant, global team environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of marketing and/or business development experience in B2B, SaaS, tech or agency environment.
• Ability to explain complex tech in simple terms.
• Track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong writing skills across channels (LinkedIn, case studies).
• Experience with marketing analytics and tools like LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, GA4, CRM, Canva or Figma basics.
• Comfort with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude) and experimentation.
• Data-driven mindset focusing on KPIs.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving.
• Organised and proactive with ownership mindset.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Bonus: video editing, events, or lead generation.
• Fluent English; German/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and run multi‑channel campaigns to grow MVST's brand and acquire customers.
• Create project showcases, articles, and short‑form videos with designers and PMs.
• Own MVST's social presence, especially LinkedIn.
• Optimize for SEO and AI-powered search and answer engines.
• Execute performance marketing to maximize campaign ROI.
• Incorporate AI into workflows for research and content creation.
• Help plan events to boost brand visibility and credibility.
• Ensure messaging is consistent across channels and touchpoints.
• Support sales with materials and case studies.
