• 5+ years in social media, content creation, or related fields.
• Experience managing TikTok content or TikTok agencies with measurable results.
• Strong sense of what makes content stop scrolling and engage.
• Ability to spot trends early and decide where to join them for a brand.
• Understanding of platform-native storytelling across TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn.

Responsabilidades

• Own social-first creative initiatives across Semrush brand channels from concept to delivery.
• Lead TikTok strategy and collaborate with agencies, freelancers, and internal teams.
• Coordinate production with designers, editors, and partners, managing assets and timelines.
• Turn brand messages into sharp, engaging social ideas and formats.
• Partner with Social Content Manager to translate ideas into campaigns and always-on content.
