Job summary

PULT is seeking a senior marketing / growth manager to own the full funnel, end-to-end, and scale repeatable marketing in international markets. You will run paid campaigns across LinkedIn, Google and other channels, own the website and funnel with our agency, and build the organic engine with SEO and AI-driven content.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in B2B SaaS marketing, ideally in a venture-backed scale-up, with hands-on experience across paid, online and offline channels.
• Experience using AI for research, content creation, automation and analytics.
• Strong writing and design sensibility; fluency in English; German is a strong plus.
• Budget management, analytics, and collaboration with Sales to optimize lead quality and conversion.

Responsibilities

• Plan and run paid campaigns across LinkedIn, Google and other channels with full budget ownership and ROI focus.
• Own the website and conversion funnel together with our web agency: messaging, landing pages and experiments.
• Build the organic engine: SEO, AI-assisted content that IT and People leaders want to read.
• Run webinar programs to generate reliable pipeline.
• Sharpen positioning and ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
• Produce standout content: campaigns, videos, case studies, product launches, stories.
• Set high design and copy standards and enforce them with internal teams and agencies.
• Take PULT to key events in DACH and UKI; run ABM campaigns into target accounts with Sales.
• Own the marketing stack (HubSpot, analytics, AI tooling) and data, including attribution, CAC and pipeline contribution.
• Use AI as a multiplier for research, content, creative and ops; build workflows for a small team to move like a big one.
• Define the marketing roadmap and report results to leadership; hire and scale the team as we grow.
