Job summary

TripleTen is seeking a Senior User Acquisition Manager to lead paid acquisition for new online master’s degree programs in partnership with US universities. You will own the end-to-end funnel from impression to enrollment, with Meta Ads as your primary channel, and Google Ads/YouTube as strong complements.

You will optimize for high-ticket conversions, CAC and ROMI, collaborating with Sales and Analytics teams. Remote, full-time role with flexible schedule and an international team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in performance marketing or user acquisition.
• Experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads budgets.

Responsibilities

• Launch paid acquisition from scratch for new online master’s programs.
• Own acquisition strategy, budgets and campaign execution with Meta Ads as primary channel.
• Build and scale high-touch, multi-step funnel from ad impression to enrollment.
• Optimize CAC and ROMI using CRM data and funnel metrics.
• Develop hypotheses on audiences, messaging, offers, and landing pages; scale what works.
