Paradox EN is seeking a hands-on content creator to build and ship daily social media content across Instagram, TikTok, X, and YouTube Shorts. You’ll cut, caption, and post directly using AI, not waiting for briefs from a video team.

You’ll combine data-driven insights with bold experimentation, owning the channels end-to-end and demonstrating a bias for action in a fast-moving startup.

Formación

• 2–3 years in social media management/content creation.
• Fluency in French and English.
• Portfolio demonstrating shipped content and results.

Responsabilidades

• Build & ship content daily: cut shorts/reels, write hooks, post directly.
• Own the channels end to end: calendar, posting, community replies, analytics.
• Hunt what works: test hooks, formats, posting times, kill underperforming formats.
• AI leverage: use Claude Code to automate repurposing and generate variations.
• Read the data: analyze native analytics and GA4 to drive growth.
• Contribute to growth loops: feed winning angles back into new formats.
