IE University in Madrid invites applications for a Program Assistant, Undergraduate Programs. You will be the first point of contact for students and professors and support the Program Management team with a range of administrative tasks essential to the smooth running of the program.

The role rewards a service-oriented mindset, strong organization, and the ability to work across departments in a multicultural environment. Fluency in Spanish and English is required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Fluent in Spanish and proficient in English.
• Strong organizational and customer-service skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsabilidades

• Attend and support students and professors daily.
• Manage high volume of emails and respond on time to queries.
• Coordinate with Registrar and Planning departments on administrative issues.
• Prepare and edit reports and presentations.
• Organize logistics for program deliveries, events, and travel.
