IE University in Madrid invites applications for a Program Assistant, School of Science & Technology (Temporary). You will be the first point of contact for students and professors, ensuring smooth daily operations of Master’s programs and coordinating logistics for events and travels.

Work in a dynamic, international team and support diverse stakeholders while maintaining excellent organizational standards. This is a full-time, on-site role located at María de Molina 31 in Madrid.

Formación

• Strong proficiency in English; Spanish proficiency helpful but not required.
• Excellent organization skills, detail-oriented and multi-tasking.
• Strong desire to work in a multicultural environment, interact with students, provide outstanding customer service.
• Knowledge of audiovisual equipment is an asset.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day operations of Master’s programs and ensure program quality.
• Coordinate with students, professors, and IE staff (planning, documentation, etc.).
• Oversee logistics of program deliveries: catering, extracurricular events, travels.
• Attend and support students and professors daily, handle high email volume and queries.
• Process expense reports and coordinate with Administration, Registrar, Planning, Careers etc.
• Compile and update databases with student information.
• Contribute to preparation and edition of internal reports.
