Cross Border Talents in Barcelona is seeking a Ukrainian Technical Sales Representative – Cloud Security to join the Business Development team. You will be the first point of contact for EMEA customers, identifying opportunities and guiding them to cloud security solutions.

The role requires 3+ years in B2B outbound IT sales, Ukrainian C2 and English C1, and a bachelor’s degree. You’ll work in a hybrid Barcelona setting with ongoing coaching, career progression and Google-focused certifications.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years of B2B Sales or Business Development experience in outbound IT sales.
• C2 Ukrainian and C1 English.
• Bachelor's degree; technical degree is desirable.
• Understanding of cloud computing concepts, particularly Google Cloud Platform.
• Strong business acumen and solution-selling skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Comfortable working with sales quotas and phone-based sales environments.
• CRM experience, ideally Salesforce.

Responsabilidades

• Execute outbound prospecting through calls and emails.
• Conduct cold calls and engage C-level decision-makers.
• Identify customer pain points and gather technical requirements.
• Align customer business needs with appropriate Cloud solutions.
• Educate customers on available cloud security solutions.
• Manage an assigned portfolio of accounts and identify new business and upselling opportunities.
• Achieve quarterly KPIs and daily/weekly activity targets.
• Maintain accurate lead, contact, account, opportunity, and activity records in Salesforce.
• Contribute to individual and team sales targets.
