Naboo in Barcelona is seeking an ambitious UK inbound SDR to convert interest into qualified event briefs for Account Executives. You will own the UK inbound flow and react quickly to sign-ups, chats, quotes, and other signals.

In this role you will qualify by phone, run the first meeting (R1) to capture event format, headcount, dates, budget, and location, then hand over a structured brief to the AE for R2. You’ll also help onboard new SDRs and gather market feedback for Marketing.

Formación

• Native English speaker with UK market awareness.
• 1–2 years of sales experience, SDR/BDR or inside sales.
• Excellent phone communication and fast follow-up are essential.

Responsabilidades

• Respond quickly to inbound signals (sign-ups, searches, quotes).
• Reactivate dormant accounts and re-engage returning clients.
• Qualify by phone and conduct the first meeting (R1) to gather event details.
• Handover a structured brief to Account Executives for venue suggestions (R2).
• Maintain pipeline hygiene in HubSpot and follow up across channels.
• Test new angles, measure results, and share learnings with the team.
