Job summary

DialedIn Recruiting seeks an SDR to drive new business across the DACH, UK and Italy markets from our Barcelona office. The role is office-based in Barcelona with 5 days/week in the office and 24 flexible remote days per year.

You will prospect outbound and handle inbound leads, with a proven path to promotion to AE as you demonstrate performance. Fluency in German and English is required, and candidates from diverse sales backgrounds are welcome.

Qualifications

• 6-10 months of sales experience, ideally including cold-calling.
• Willing to work 5 days/week on-site in Barcelona.
• Native-level German.
• Native-level English (UK/Ireland/Scotland accent preferred; US/Australian/Canadian also considered).
• Experience in SaaS is a plus but not required; diverse backgrounds welcome.

Responsibilities

• Proactive cold-calling and outbound prospecting to generate qualified demos in your market.
• Managing and growing a healthy inbound pipeline (2-5 leads/day).
• Hitting ramp-up targets (0-1-3-5 new clients/month).
• Collaborating with your market's hiring manager and the broader sales team.
• Being fully productive and hitting targets within 1-2 weeks of onboarding.
