Cleverep is seeking a Customer Success Manager in Barcelona to guide clients from onboarding to high-performing sales campaigns. You’ll collaborate with Sales and BDR teams to enhance client outcomes and drive revenue.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in customer success or related roles, fluency in German and English, and strong data skills. The role offers a flexible, hybrid setup in the heart of Barcelona with a supportive team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Customer Success, Project Management, B2B Sales, or an Agency role.
• Experience in a fast-moving SaaS, startup, or B2B environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Onboard & train clients.
• Target the right audience and define ICPs.
• Run campaigns including copywriting, automation, and sequences.
• Analyze metrics and optimize campaigns.
• Test & experiment messaging and timing.
• Collaborate with Sales and BDR teams to improve results.
