EQS Group AG in Barcelona seeks an Implementation Manager to guide customers from kickoff to go-live, blending project coordination, product understanding and clear communication to foster trust early in the journey and ensure long-term satisfaction.

Join our Professional Services and collaborate across Sales, Product and Engineering to deliver smooth onboarding and scalable implementations. Fluency in German and English (C1) is essential; EU language skills are a plus.

Formación

• University degree or equivalent in a customer-facing environment
• First professional experience in B2B SaaS, software implementation or onboarding
• Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills
• Solid IT affinity and quick learning of new software/workflows
• C1-level German and English (written and spoken) is required; other EU languages are a plus

Responsabilidades

• Own and coordinate end-to-end customer implementation projects from kickoff to go-live
• Guide customers through milestones, timelines, deliverables, trainings and workshops
• Translate customer needs into structured implementation plans and advise on configuration decisions
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product and Engineering to keep projects on track
• Monitor timelines, scope, risks, issues and escalate where needed
• Support go-live preparation and ensure smooth post-launch handover with Customer Success
