Vertiv is seeking a Field Service Engineer to install, service and repair Vertiv products at customer premises in the Madrid area. You will build strong relationships with customers, sales teams and distributors and manage spare parts from the assigned van stock.

You will perform all interventions in compliance with Vertiv Spain environmental guidelines and client facility requirements, with after-hours and weekend shifts as needed in line with local laws.

Formación

• Computer literate with ability to use service tools and manuals.
• Well organized and able to work under pressure.
• Very flexible work hours and willingness for after-hours or weekend work.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites within the region.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to service calls professionally and in a timely manner.
• Read and follow Field Procedure Manual and safety policies.
• Perform installation, service and repair of products at customer premises.
• Keep dispatch informed about schedule and job status.
• Manage spare parts inventory and proper documentation.
