Vertiv is seeking a Manager for Field Service Engineers to lead a team responsible for installation, repair, and maintenance of Vertiv and legacy equipment at customer sites across the EMEA region. You will drive service quality, safety, and performance through coaching and KPI tracking.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to coordinate with Sales, Tech Support and Logistics to ensure seamless service delivery. 25% travel is expected.

Formación

• Formal Engineering qualification required.
• Proven experience managing field service teams in a technical/engineering environment.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach, and manage a team of Field Service Engineers across designated territories.
• Ensure timely and high-quality execution of installation, maintenance, and repair services.
• Drive team performance through KPIs, efficiency metrics and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain compliance with safety standards, company policies, and industry regulations.
• Coordinate with Sales, Technical Support and Logistics to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Foster strong customer relationships and act as escalation point to ensure satisfaction.
• Identify training needs and support development of technical and soft skills within the team.
• Manage resource planning, scheduling, and workload balancing to optimize service coverage.
