Job summary

Caterpillar Energy España is seeking a Territory Manager for Power Generation Solutions in the Madrid area. The role focuses on supervising sales and solution programs for gas generator systems, coordinating services, and driving aftermarket support within an assigned territory and key customer accounts.

The candidate should have an engineering degree and strong English skills (Portuguese is a plus). Travel within the territory is required to meet sales targets and deliver on customer

Qualifications

• Minimum C1 level of English; Portuguese is considered an asset.
• Engineering degree or related field required.

Responsibilities

• Uses knowledge of gas generator sets and services to identify sales opportunities and propose solutions.
• Develops a territory sales plan and forecast to support company objectives.
• Manages customer relationships and interfaces to ensure service delivery and secure future sales.
• Coordinates with internal teams to meet customer needs and contract requirements.
• Travels frequently within the territory to support key accounts.
