IE University in Madrid is seeking an Admissions Advisor (Temporary) to manage the admissions process for candidates globally and support outstanding applicants through the enrollment path.

The role involves high-level customer service, CRM management, event support, and collaboration with international offices. A full-time position in Madrid at IE Tower with weekend Saturday shifts occasionally is offered.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree desirable.
• 1–2 years of experience.
• Advanced English and Spanish speaker.
• Valid work permit for Spain.
• CRM experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent process management and continuous improvement skills.
• Strong team player.

Responsabilidades

• Provide outstanding customer service to prospective students and families in person and by phone.
• Manage admissions data entry and document tracking in CRM/admissions system.
• Handle telephone and walk-in inquiries as primary contact.
• Contribute to process improvements for best admissions experience.
• Support on-campus events (Open Days/Visits) and off-campus events (Admissions days/Fairs).
• Assist applicants through admission and enrollment.
• Collaborate with IE departments and international offices to raise team profile.
• Be available to work one Saturday morning every 8–9 weeks.
