IE University’s Admissions & Enrollment - Graduate Programs is seeking an Admissions Advisor to join its dynamic, international team in Madrid (María de Molina). The role focuses on delivering exceptional service to prospective and current students, managing the admissions process and building strong relationships with academic programs.

Candidates should be fluent in English and Spanish, hold a valid Spanish work permit, have CRM experience, be highly proactive, and available one Saturday

Responsabilidades

• Provide outstanding customer service to prospective and current students.
• CRM management: data entry into admissions database, tracking documents, enrollment files.
• Primary responsibility for telephone and walk-in inquiries.
• Pro‑active process improvements for admissions experience.
• Schedule meetings/interviews with prospective students for Directors.
• Prepare admission files and communicate status of applications.
• Collaborate with academic program management for smooth transition.
• Create reports and assist in statistics for Admissions.
• Support teammates to maintain a collaborative team atmosphere.
• Coordinate with IE offices internationally and across IE.
• Work one Saturday morning every 8-9 weeks.

We are looking for a person to join a full-time position in Madrid - María de Molina.

Responsibilities

Your role as an Admissions Advisor will involve:

• Provide outstanding customer service to prospective and current students, both in person and on the telephone.
• CRM management: data entry into admissions database, tracking of application documents, enrollment documents, etc. Primary responsibility for CRM contacts management.
• Primary responsibility for telephone and walk-in enquiries.
• Pro‑active and continuous process improvement to ensure that IE students receive the very best admissions experience.
• Schedule meetings and interviews with prospective students and candidates for Director and Associate Director of Admissions.
• Prepare admission files for all applicants. Communicate status of applications and transfer files to appropriate departments. Follow‑up to ensure a timely and efficient admissions process.
• Build and maintain excellent relationship with academic program management team to ensure smooth transition from candidate to program experience.
• Create reports and assist in the preparation of statistics as requested by the Director and Associate Director of Admission.
• Support teammates as necessary to build team‑oriented environment and contribute ideas to innovative team atmosphere, to ensure continuous improvement, excellent experience and outstanding reputation of part‑time programs team.
• Work diligently to build relationships and communicate efficiently with relevant departments and international offices across IE, to ensure evolution of team reputation and profile.
• Availability to work one Saturday morning per 8/9 weeks.
