Job summary

URIACH is seeking a Customer Service Specialist for a temporary position in Catalonia, Spain. The role focuses on managing the order-to-delivery cycle, handling SAP-based order processing, logistics and billing issues, and supporting the commercial network across channels.

The ideal candidate will have a business-related degree, 2+ years in a similar role, strong Excel and SAP (SD) skills, and fluent Spanish with intermediate English. Salesforce experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or similar.
• 2 years of experience in a similar position.
• Advanced level of Excel and SAP (SD).
• Fluent Spanish, medium level of English. Italian is a plus.
• Experience with Salesforce is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end order management process, ensuring every order flows smoothly from reception to final delivery.
• Manually process orders (Deferred, Medical, Hospitals, Wholesalers, Mass Market, Ecommerce) in SAP, guaranteeing accuracy at every step.
• Manage and resolve logistics and billing incidents, acting swiftly to maintain service excellence.
• Handle insurance claim processing with precision and follow‑through.
• Maintain and update customer Master Data in Salesforce and SAP.
• Coordinate commercial credits, product withdrawals, and other customer-related adjustments.
• Review and troubleshoot blocked, rejected, or errored orders in SAP.
• Respond to Customer Service calls and provide support to the commercial network.
• Manage documentation requests, including invoices, 347 forms, and export certificates.
• Oversee the daily release of pre-sales and support campaign management activities.
