Backbase is seeking a Technical Manager to own a portfolio of customer accounts and lead post-implementation support for the Backbase platform.

You will work with senior leaders, including the VP of Technology and Sr Technical Director, to ensure customers succeed in their digital transformation, explain complex concepts to diverse audiences, and drive adoption and strategic product enhancements across accounts.

Competenze

10+ years of overall experience with at least 5 years in Technical Troubleshooting leadership.
Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
Hands-on banking software experience and digital transformation projects are a plus.
Experience with Java, Spring, Maven, Gradle, Angular, Kotlin, Cloud deployments, Docker, Kubernetes, and Swift.
Cloud certification (e.g., AWS) is a plus.

Mansioni

Define and drive the clients’ overall technical strategy.
Address product-related queries with stakeholders across the Backbase organization.
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders including lead architects and C-level executives.
Advocate for the client and voice customer requirements internally at Backbase.
Identify opportunities for better product adoption and align requirements with the R&D roadmap.
Collaborate with R&D to collect customer feedback and identify potential new features.
Analyze customer needs and propose upgrades or additional features.
Coordinate with Product Engineering and Project Implementation teams to ensure successful implementations.
