Broadridge Financial Solutions is seeking a Technical Account Manager based in Madrid to join the Customer Success team. You will help implement and support trading systems for international clients, liaising with engineers and product managers to resolve complex issues and gather requirements.

The role involves occasional travel across Europe and collaboration with traders and IT staff to deliver reliable, scalable solutions and drive client satisfaction.

Formación

• Experience in a client-facing role within financial services is required.
• Understanding of IT system architecture and financial markets is desirable.
• Based in Madrid with willingness to travel across Europe.
• Fluent in both English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Work directly with clients to implement and use functionality.
• Set up solutions for market quotes, volatility surfaces, and algo trading.
• Troubleshoot systems with users and coordinate with engineering for code changes.
• Collaborate with client IT staff to diagnose and resolve issues.
• Support sales with new deliveries and new clients.
• Coordinate with exchanges on market upgrades and new functionality.
• Travel to client sites as needed and assist in expanding opportunities.
