Autodesk is seeking an Account Technical Lead (ATL) for Regional Accounts to act as the primary technical authority across engagements. You will conduct advanced discovery, architect hybrid solutions, and maintain the Customer Technical Vision to ensure consistent, high-quality technical guidance.

You will drive revenue growth through Autodesk-led and partner-led initiatives, collaborate with Account Executives and Partner Managers, and lead orchestration for demos, benchmarks, and workshops

Qualificações

• Preferred bachelor's or master's in architecture, engineering, or construction or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years' industry experience.
• Solid understanding of the AEC industry.
• Technical knowledge using Autodesk software / solutions.
• English language required.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel up to 50-70%.
• Ability to attend Autodesk-sponsored events such as sales kickoffs, training, or Autodesk University.

• Technical Discovery: Lead direct discovery for complex opportunities and validate partner-led discovery.
• Solution Architect: Design hybrid architectural solutions and guide partners on alignment.
• Building Trust & Technical Relationships: Develop relationships with customers and partner stakeholders.
• Customer Technical Vision: Create regional technical roadmaps and engagement plans.
• Revenue Growth: Drive Autodesk-led and partner-led expansion motions.
• Technical Issue Resolution: Lead resolution across direct and partner workstreams.
• Sales Collaboration: Define long-term strategy with AEs and Partner Managers.
• Technical Orchestration: Lead joint Autodesk and partner demos, benchmarks, and workshops.
• Interpret Results: Present findings to stakeholders with actionable follow-up.
