WinsAbove in Madrid is seeking a Technical Account Manager to provide hands-on technical services and ensure customer success with our products. You will advise customers on technical support, analyze their IT Operations, and advocate for their goals. The ideal candidate has strong experience in AWS, scripting, and cloud monitoring tools, along with a knowledge of CI/CD processes.

Formación

• Solid technical grounding and hands-on experience in IT Operations.
• Confident in AWS, Azure or GCP.
• Comfortable with scripting languages like Python, JavaScript, Ruby, etc.
• Skilled in CI/CD tools like Jenkins and Gitlab.
• Knowledgeable about Containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Able to travel to client sites up to 30% of the time.
• Previous experience as a TAM supporting mid-market or Enterprise customers.

Responsabilidades

• Advise on technical support and product adoption for customers.
• Analyze customer’s IT Operations environment regularly.
• Be the customer’s advocate by knowing their goals.
• Participate and prepare for Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews.
• Collaborate with product management and technical services teams.

Conocimientos

Technical grounding in IT Operations

Hands-on experience with AWS

Scripting languages (Python, Javascript, etc.)

CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Gitlab)

Containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes)

Experience as a TAM

Experience with cloud monitoring tools
