Sporty Group is seeking a Team Lead for its software development team to drive architecture, development, and delivery of high-quality software solutions. You will lead a group of developers, balancing hands-on coding with line management in a fast-paced environment.

You will mentor the team, shape architecture, and ensure delivery of scalable systems while maintaining strong collaboration across remote teams in the EU. Strong backend expertise and leadership experience are essential.

Formación

• 8+ years of software development experience with a strong backend focus.
• 2+ years in a leadership/mentoring role with team performance oversight.
• Strong software architecture skills and experience designing scalable, reliable systems.
• Hands-on backend development experience with APIs and microservices.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and mentor a development team in the EU region, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Provide technical leadership and ensure best practices in software development and architecture.
• Engage in high-level architecture and design decisions for complex systems.
• Drive the development lifecycle from requirements to deployment with timely delivery.
