Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield Madrid is seeking a Technical Account Manager to strengthen relationships with multinational clients and drive delivery excellence across engineering and project management services. You will collaborate with in-country teams, Sales, and client stakeholders to ensure aligned expectations, governance, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering or Engineering management.
• 2-5 years of experience in a technical field.
• Excellent oral, and written communication skills in English.
• Strong interest in program management and willingness to learn.
• Strong organizational skills to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks to meet deadlines.
• Result-oriented logical thinking and problem-solving ability.
• Experience in engineering / architectural / construction projects is an advantage.
• Experience in client/account management and business development is an advantage.
• Experience working with variable stakeholders in an international environment is an advantage.
• Understand real estate project services and the complexity of international business is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain and improve relationships with key client stakeholders and tailor services to their goals.
• Ensure delivery teams are involved at the right time and support client needs.
• Collaborate with internal departments to develop strategies that enhance client experience and drive growth.
• Address issues and complaints promptly and effectively.
• Collaborate with Sales on discussions/renewals of Master Service Agreements with multinational Clients to secure TAM appointments.
