Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Technical Account Manager to support multinational clients with governance, delivery optimization, and strategic account management. The role requires coordinating with in-country PDS teams, aligning with client expectations, and driving performance against KPIs.

You will collaborate with sales and other internal teams to win TAM appointments and ensure a standardized, high-quality service delivery across projects.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering or Engineering management.
• 2-5 years of experience from a technical field.
• Excellent oral, and written English communication.
• Strong program management focus and willingness to learn.
• Strong organizational skills to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks to meet deadlines.
• Experience in engineering / architectural / construction projects is an advantage.
• Experience in client/account management and business development is an advantage.
• Experience working with variable stakeholders in an international environment is an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Collaborates in building, maintaining and improving relationship with key client stakeholders.
• Ensure delivery teams are involved at the right time and proactively support client needs.
• Develop strategies with internal departments to enhance client experience and drive business growth.
• Manage governance and project KPIs, and communicate delivery issues transparently.
• Support negotiations and renewals of Master Service Agreements with multinational clients.
