Zusammenfassung

Accenture plc in Madrid is seeking an Associate Director Client Account Lead to manage strategic client relationships across Construction & Infrastructure, Agribusiness, Travel, Transportation or Industrial sectors. The role blends senior leadership, business development, and delivery excellence within a hybrid Madrid-based model.

You will orchestrate cross-functional teams, shape multi-year account plans, drive revenue growth and ensure executive-level client satisfaction.

Qualifikationen

Minimum 8 years in strategic account leadership or senior client-facing roles.
Experience managing executive client relationships and driving commercial growth.
Proven track record in target industries: Construction & Infrastructure, Agribusiness, Travel, Transportation or Industrial Sector.

Aufgaben

Build and maintain executive-level relationships with C-suite stakeholders.
Develop and execute integrated account plans with revenue growth and delivery governance.
Own account financial performance including targets and profitability.
Lead complex opportunity shaping and strategic deal pursuits.
