Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Property Manager (temporal) in Madrid to join a multidisciplinary team managing real estate assets (offices, logistics, and retail) for national and international clients. You will coordinate internal teams, act as main client contact, oversee budgets and reporting, and contribute to the asset's business plans while liaising with other departments.

A university degree and a high level of English are required, along with at least 2 years in real estate asset

Formación

University degree in business, economics, law, engineering, architecture, or similar.
High level English (spoken and written).
At least 2 years of real estate asset management experience.
Strong client-focused communication and leadership.
Willingness to travel and hold a driver's license.

Responsabilidades

Manage an assigned portfolio of real estate assets and coordinate internal teams.
Main client contact for assets, ensuring smooth communication with Cushman & Wakefield.
Oversee management mandates, billing, and collection of fees.
Prepare client reports and ensure on-time delivery.
Coordinate asset business plans regarding income and expenses.
Collaborate with other Cushman & Wakefield departments.
